After being added with salt and soya sauce ,the egg liquid is pasteurized and frozen. It is tasteful, smooth and nutritional.
Product Features and Operation Instruction:
The egg pudding liquid is tasteful ,smooth textured and nutritional.
Operation: (1) Defreeze in chiller for 12 hours or defreeze naturally under room temperature for 6 hour , or defreeze in room temperature water for about 3 hours, or defreeze in flowing water for 1 hour. After defreezing, it should be shaken evenly. And it can be steam cooked for 8~10minutes.
